Egypt’s coach, Hector Cuper, is not losing sleep with the presence of Super Eagles of Nigeria in the same 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying group with the Pharaohs.
The seven-time AFCON champions will be battling for the single automatic ticket in Group G against three-time winners Nigeria and minnows Tanzania and Chad.
But Cuper is unfazed with the task ahead.
“We don’t fear people. We respect them,” he said.

“Our target is to win all the games to secure a place in the upcoming Nations Cup.”
The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) engaged the services of the former Valencia and Inter manager in March after dismissing Shawki Gharib who failed to qualify for the last AFCON – their third failure in a row.
