Nasir el-Rufai, governor of Kaduna state, says he is yet to recover from COVID-19.
On March 28, the governor announced that he tested positive for the disease.
His announcement came after Bala Mohammed, governor of Bauchi, tested positive for the disease.
While Mohammad and Seyi Makinde, Oyo governor, who went into isolation after el-Rufai have recovered from the disease, el-Rufai is still undergoing treatment.

He said he would make an official announcement once he recovers from the disease.
“Earlier Wednesday 10am-2pm, I took few hours during isolation to chair a virtual meeting of the State Executive Council. I haven’t been cleared of Covid-19 yet & will personally announce when confirmed negative. Ignore all fake news even if you like it,” he tweeted.
