How entrepreneurs change financial fortunes of nations — Folasade Omotoyinbo
Omotoyinbo Bosede, a beauty specialist, says entrepreneurs are the backbones of countries with good economic stability.
Folasade, the CEO of Posh Glow Skincare, and London-trained aesthetician, who said she hopes to make her beauty firm a household name in Nigeria and beyond, encouraged youths to invest in their initiatives as that she said is the only way that guarantees financial independence.
She said, though there are challenges being faced in the competitive business, she has succeeded in building a very strong clientele-base and people who now believe in her business.

“Beauty business is a lucrative and at the same time a challenging one here in Nigeria and elsewhere, but I have succeeded in building a very strong clientele-base and people who now believe I’m good at what I do,” Folashade said.
“The truth is, you have to be at your best in your day-to-day business that aids your personal finance. Entrepreneurship is today, the only bailout for recessed economy, even now that coronavirus pandemic is the national economy of many nations.
“What this means is, the government which is often the biggest national spender can no longer provide employment for its populace, and thereby increasing the unemployment figures. It is only in countries where citizens are empowered to develop private businesses that have its economy booming.

“Hence, I want to encourage Nigerians, especially the youths to develop their skills, set up private businesses and invest in them. If you have multiple sources of income, you will excel, even, under a harsh economy.”
To further register her business presence in Nigeria, she said she hope to be a leader in the skincare market and to make Poshglow a household name in the country.
