Enyeama, Musa not in 10-man CAF award shortlist

Vincent Enyeama and Ahmed Musa are not in contention to win the Confederation of African Football player of the year award.

Enyeama and Musa were in the 37-man list released in October, but their names were missing from the latest list released on Monday.

But Cote d’Ivoire midfielder Yaya Toure, is in contention for a fifth consecutive year.

The 32-year-old Manchester City player first won the title in 2011 and another would give him a record fifth award, one more than Samuel Eto’o.
