Super Eagles captain, Vincent Enyeama, will not take a pay cut or sit on the bench to move to the more glamorous Barclays Premier League.
The Lille of France first-choice, who was recently linked with two Premier League sides, has maintained that he’s not desperate for a move to England.
“I still have two more years left on my contract at Lille, but if I must move, it has to be something special, not for nothing,” africanFootball.com quoted the ex-Enyimba goalkeeper as saying in an interview.
“I won’t take a pay cut or sit on the bench because I want to play in the EPL because I’m a winner, a competitor.”

Enyeama has impressed for both club and country, leading to his inclusion in Africa’s major awards.
Though, he lost the BBC African Footballer of the Year award to Algerian Yacine Brahimi, he’s in the five-man shortlist for the Glo/CAF version of the award.
