Nicholas Jackson scored an 82nd-minute winner as Chelsea came from a goal down to win 3-2 in their English Premier League (EPL) encounter against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Saturday.
Goals from Willy Boly and Callum Hudson-Odoi had overturned Mykhailo Mudryk’s early opener for Chelsea before Raheem Sterling and Jackson secured a crucial win for the Blues.
Mudryk converted Cole Palmer’s pass to hand the visitors the lead but a header from Boly and Hudson-Odoi’s curler turned the game on its head.
More drama ensued late on when Jackson won the tension-soaked thriller with eight minutes left on the clock after Sterling had equalized two minutes earlier.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side is now placed seventh, level on 57 points with Newcastle in sixth but with an inferior goal difference, enhancing their chance of finishing the season with a place in European football for next season.
Earlier, Josko Gvardiol scored a brace as Manchester City returned to the top of the EPL following a 4-0 win over ten-man Fulham.
However, Burnley were confirmed relegated from the EPL following a 2-1 loss away to Tottenham, while Luton Town are on the brink of joining the Clarets and Sheffield United in the Championship next season after losing 3-1 to West Ham United.
