Rochas Okorocha, governor of Imo state, left the comfort of his vehicle and rode on a bicycle to work on Thursday morning.
Dressed in an orange short and blue shirt, with his muffler at its usual position, the governor appeared to be having the time of his life.
Another rider was seen on his right side, while his convoy trailed him from distance.
Popular for his slogan “My people, my people”, to which his people would chorus “My governor, my governor”, Okorocha enjoys support on the streets, not just in Imo but across the south-east and even in the north, where he runs a charitable organisation.

His fellow All Progressives Congress (APC) governors refer to him as “class captain”, as he is the chairman of the progressive governors’ forum.
Okorocha has been photographed riding bicycles on different occasions in the past.
