Some suspected robbers attempted to break into a house in Barcelona, Spain, while disguising as doctors in search of coronavirus patients.
According to Metro News, the suspect, two women and a man, dressed in white coats rung a bell in a bid to gain entrance to the house, pretending they were carrying out medical checks for the disease.
The resident, however, alerted the police after suspecting that they were not real doctors.
The suspects were said to have escaped before the police arrived.

Catalan police have cautioned people, especially pensioners and the aged, to be wary of thieves trying to take undue advantage of the viral outbreak.
They added that patients on self-isolation in their homes will be contacted by their doctors before any visit.
Italy, a neighbouring country to Spain, has recorded about 1,000 coronavirus deaths with more than 15,000 testing positive to the disease.
