Nigeria’s Independence Day celebrations continued on Tuesday as MTN, Nigeria’s largest mobile operator, galvanised its customers nationwide to sing the national anthem.
At 9am, MTN organised a global virtual choir over social media, with the hashtag #YelloCompatriots.
Calls were made for everyone to raise their voices to sing the Nigerian national anthem alongside MTN subscribers who gathered at commemorative events nationwide.
Dressed in national attire, they stood and waving flags together with MTN ambassadors, Falz, Praiz, Saka and Nedu at MTN offices nationwide.
