Mrs. Derin Disu, the special adviser on Central Business Districts to governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola, has resigned her appointment.
Disu, who was once chairman of Lagos Island Local Government, explained that she needed to devote more time to family commitments.
“I am retiring voluntarily to attend to family matters as the eldest child of the Braithwaite family,” she said.
She thanked the staff for their support and assistance towards making her tenure a success, and promised to respond positively to the needs of the agency whenever she was called upon.
