FFK: Osinbajo planning to step down for Tinubu

Femi Fani-Kayode, director of media and publicity of the presidential campaign organisation of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has alleged that Yemi Osinbajo, running mate to Muhammadu Buhari, swore an oath to Bola Tinubu that he would hand over to him if APC wins the forthcoming election.

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja on Friday, Fani-Kayode advised Buhari to “watch his back” because there was a plot to kill him in order to allow Tinubu emerge president of the country.

“The PDPPCO wishes to use this forum to expose the ungodly plan by Tinubu to seize the presidency of Nigeria by subterfuge,” he said.

“The real reason Tinubu nominated Osinbajo has been made known to us and we hereby offer a public service to the Nigerian people by drawing national attention to it.

“Tinubu wanted to be running mate to Buhari in spite of the nationwide resentment for Muslim-Muslim ticket that he and Buhari planned to foist on their party men and women.

“But when he and Buhari could not push through the agenda within the APC, he (Tinubu), after being given the opportunity to nominate a vice presidential candidate, he decided to prop up his stooge in the person of Prof Osinbajo.

“Tinubu, according to our information, has compelled Osinbajo to swear to an oath that after six months in office, he would resign as the vice president, in the unlikely event that their party wins.

“Credible pieces of information at our disposal indicate that Tinubu has perfected plans to come to power through the back door. The ultimate objective of this plot is to ensure that Tinubu becomes president.

“The script is simple: given the questionable health of Buhari, Tinubu, who is desperate to be president for his own selfish reasons, will simply bid his time in the evil expectation that Buhari will not be able to go the whole hog.”

He however said the plan of the opposition party would not work as the ruling party would emerge victorious at the election.

  1. Where are apc’s sea of uncivilised and undone and blind defenders or have they gone north to join depleting boko?election still far o

  2. PDP is fretting so bad, it smells like perfume.

I imagine they still got 1 more stupidity to display, cos this will also fail to achieve their desire like the previous.

I can’t help but wonder at d level of damage this fFK guy has done to those share his surname. Smh

  3. No body replies FFK again because his mental state is suspect. How can Pastor Osinbanjo step down for Sen. Bola Tinubu 4 God sake? . If FFK doesn’t talk at all, GEJ wouldn’t mind! Because the calamity awaiting PDP is glaring to all. But for FFK to be opening his mouth any how with the hope that Nigerians might believed him, is an insult on our collective personality. Pls FFK, your #19bn malhandled case in court ‘ll be revisited even if you went on exile, be rest assured when GMB got elected.

  4. It is now obvious the only reason FFK is hired as PDP spoke person is to just sit down think of anything derogatory of APC and deceive the good people of this nation. But FFK and his employers has failed. FFK is not CREDIBLE. His words are failing. He should stop embarrassing himself. Its a pity hes allowed PDP to use him this far. Thought he was a man of honour when he was with APC, but now I know hes a disgrace.

  5. PDP have Eve forget to campaign for them self now there are planning to put misundestanding btw ApC nawoo for u mabe u go take agugoru haha ah cos u are losers

  6. FFK should be more concerned with his party than focusing on APC. The more he focuses on APC negatively, the more we dislike his party and get attracted to APC.
Nigerians can not be taken for granted again as our mind set is: CHANGE! CHANGE!! CHANGE!!!
