Speaking on Tuesday during a media briefing, Sam Adesola, the firm’s managing partner, said the event aims to help Nigerian companies restructure how they do business in order to become more adaptive and innovative in their various sectors.
Adesola noted that with effective scrum framework in place in any organisation, consumers are able to share their feedback with companies, which in turn translates to business growth.
He added that with many Nigerian businesses facing critical challenges, including economic instability, low productivity, slow product development and lack of innovation, scrum can be a game-changer in improving customer satisfaction.
