Hull City striker, Sone Aluko, is “fitter and more confident” to help the Tigers in their Barclays Premier League survival fight.
The Super Eagles player has started the last four games and impressed with his performances, helping Steve Bruce’s team to six important points in the process.
The 26-year-old now hopes that form continues at the business end of the season.
“I think this is the first time I’ve started four consecutive games since we got promoted, so it’s been great for me,” he said.

“It makes a difference in your performance. I feel fitter and more confident going into games and any striker will tell you that they need a run of games to get the confidence back.
“It’s been great to be training every day and to be available for games has been good for me.
“I’ve enjoyed playing alongside Dame N’Doye and he’s added a lot to the team – his goals, his work-rate, his touch – it’s been a pleasure to play with him.”

Hull host Burnley at the KC Stadium on Saturday in a key battle at the bottom and the Nigerian is looking to grab all three points for his side.
“We must continue to be very organised, focused and confident,” he said.
“It’s a game both teams will be looking at knowing they need a win and I think it will be a good game to watch.
“At this stage of the season, wins are pretty much vital and we don’t want to be dropping points now because there are only two more opportunities for us after this weekend. We want to try and get the job done as soon as we can.

“Burnley will give us a tough challenge because they’re fighting for the points as well. We know they work hard and are very organised, but it’s a test we’re looking forward to.
“Three points for us would go a long way.”
Hull are currently on 17th position on the log with 34 points one ahead of Sunderland who are in the drop zone but have a game in hand.
The Tigers last two league games are against Tottenham at White Hart Lane and Manchester United at KC Stadium.
