Krystal Chanchangi Foundation organises tennis tournament for kids in Abuja
The Krystal Chanchangi Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, hosted an amateur tennis competition for children in the federal capital territory (FCT).
The competition, which took place on March 22, was between the white team and the green team and was aimed at harnessing the potential of the young athletes in the sport and other related activities.
The tournament is one of Krystal Chanchangi Foundation’s flagship programmes, which foster love, unity and peaceful co-existence across religious and tribal lines while empowering kids to stay physically fit and embrace sports.
The event concluded with the children winning cash prizes. The winning team went home with N200,000 while the runners-up got N100,000.

This is not the first time Krystal Chanchangi Foundation would organise a sports event for FCT youth.
In December 2024, the foundation hosted a basketball tournament. The female category winner went home with the sum of N100,000, while the male champions pocketed N300,000, and the runners-up won a cash prize of N150,000.
