Merry-goers and fun seekers reveled in the magic of Indomie Noodles’ record-breaking tallest Christmas Tree, which was a testament to the brand’s dedication to creating fun times and bringing friends and families together to share memorable moments. For Indomie Noodles championing the perfect Christmas experience year in and year out is one thing we hold dear.

Set against a dazzling backdrop of twinkling lights and festive music, the Indomie Christmas tree was situated at Jara Mall, Ikeja, and Palms Mall, Ibadan, where we officially opened our doors to guests as part of our ‘Season to Show Some Love’ campaign. This quickly became the highlight of the season, drawing in friends and families from all walks of life.

Designed to offer a festive experience like no other, the Malls served as a vibrant hub where families, friends, and loved ones were welcome to create cherished holiday memories at no cost! The event which ran from the 20th to 29th of December in Lagos, and the 21st to 30th of December in Ibadan, was a 10-day experience designed to celebrate the season, show love, and celebrate our customers all while fostering togetherness, joy, and a sense of community.

From the moment visitors stepped into the Malls, they were greeted by the beautiful sight of the towering Indomie Christmas tree standing majestically at the heart of the venues. The Indomie giant tree was adorned with twinkling lights, and festive ornaments, sprinkled with all the Indomie flavor loved by Nigerians. The tree symbolizes love, unity, strength, dedication, and the joyous essence of the season.

Families, friends, and visitors gathered to witness the stunning display, many taking photos and sharing moments of pure holiday magic. Children gleefully ran around, their faces lighting up with wonder as they marveled at the towering spectacle. It wasn’t just a tree—it was an experience, an atmosphere of joy, togetherness, and festive cheer.

This celebration reached a crescendo on December 24th, when popular influencer Tomike Adeoye made a surprise appearance at the Jara Mall, in Ikeja, Lagos. The crowd in excitement gathered around her, taking pictures with the media personality, dancing, and having a good time. Her lively presence kept the crowd entertained through dance competitions, fun challenges, and comedic banter.

A standout attraction of the experience was the presence of the iconic Indomie Santa Claus. Having become a familiar face through our digital campaigns and neighborhood Santa surprises, Indomie Santa brought an added layer of excitement and charm to the event.

Entertainment was at the heart of the experience, with an array of engaging activities designed for visitors of all ages. From lively games and friendly competitions to vibrant face painting and energetic dance sessions, there was something for everyone. Each activity was thoughtfully curated to ensure active participation and lasting memories.

One of the standout highlights of the day for us at Indomie was the Santa Costume Competition, a unique activity created to encourage sharing and showing love, which are values we hold deeply as a brand. The competition invited guests to unleash their creativity by dressing up as Santa Claus, symbolizing the joy of giving and spreading happiness. Everyone who participated in this competition was given a gift, while the three best dressed were given a special gift by Indomie Santa, making sure everyone present left the centre feeling like winners.

We were especially touched to see children not only participating enthusiastically but also sharing their Indomie prizes with their peers. The act of giving was taken up a notch when our special Santas were assigned the responsibility of sharing gift packs outside the walls of the experience centre, to various people within the premises of the mall. These moments reflected genuine acts of kindness, where simple gestures created lasting memories of warmth and love.

In 1st place was a young Samuel Adebola, whose vibrant costume and cheerful demeanor captured our hearts. Deborah Ugbana followed closely in 2nd place with an equally impressive portrayal, while Eniola Folarin secured the 3rd spot with charm and creativity. The winners were carefully selected and rewarded with exciting prizes, including Indomie product packs, leaving participants and spectators alike filled with joy and a sense of community.

The Santa Costume Competition wasn’t just an activity for us; it was a meaningful representation of Indomie’s commitment to fostering togetherness and love, making it an unforgettable highlight of the day.

Eniola in joy said, “I want to say a very, very big thank you. This is literally showing love in the Christmas season. Indomie is showing love in the truest way ever, and I’m very very grateful for this. God bless Indomie. We love Indomie noodles”

The Campaign Project Manager, Ebere Anajama explained the goal of the campaign saying, “We tried to reach our consumers at all touchpoints, from the Indomie Santa takeover to the neighbourhood surprise visit, and even to this mall activation. Indomie wants to let its consumers know, that despite the tough year, the brand will continue to show love, create fun experiences and deliver quality products,”

No Indomie experience would be complete without the brand’s signature freshly cooked Indomie Noodles. The tantalizing aroma filled the air as visitors were treated to generous servings of the delicious noodles. Whether enjoyed individually or shared among loved ones, the meal added a satisfying conclusion to a day filled with joy, connection, and holiday spirit.

The Indomie Christmas Experience Centres welcomed visitors until December 30th, offering 10 full days for families and friends to create lasting festive memories. The experience stood as a testament to Indomie’s dedication to spreading love, fostering community connections, and celebrating the true essence of the holiday season.
