Gbadamosi, ex-judicial editor of Guardian, joins IIPELP advisory council

Gbolahan Gbadamosi, former judicial editor of the Guardian Newspaper, has been appointed a member of the International Institute for Petroleum, Energy Law and Policy (IIPELP) advisory council.

Niyi Ayoola- Daniels, founder and president of IIPELP, notified Gbadamosi of the appointment through a letter.

“It is great pleasure that we write to inform you of your appointment to serve on the advisory board of IIPELP (media and legal strategy-national and international),” the letter read.

“We have followed your distinguished career and feel pleased to appoint you to serve IILPELP in this capacity.

“While looking forward to the benefit of sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience on this board, do accept the assurance of our highest regards.”

Gbadamosi, who is the immediate past national publicity secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), has since accepted the appointment.

He has been a media partner of an International Bar Association (IBA) since 2002, a member of IBA Media Law and Freedom of Expression (MLFOE) and the first chairman, NBA Lawyers in the Media (LIM).
