The Norwegian saw off competition from Kevin De Bruyne, Marcus Rashford, Harry Kane, Kieran Trippier, Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard.
He joins the list of Man City players who have won the award for four straight seasons, with Kevin De Bruyne taking the honour in 2019-20 and 2021-22 seasons and Ruben Dias in 2020-21 term.
Haaland was also named the EPL young player of the season.

He had polled 82 percent of the vote to win the gong ahead of Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard.
Haaland will have the chance to add to his Premier League tally on Sunday when City visit Brentford for their final game of the season.
