President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday signed the 2016 budget five months after he presented it to the national.
As expected, Nigerians took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
While some made fun of the budget, referring to it as padded, stolen and rejected budget, others recommended how the federal government can execute it.
