The police say having sex in a car in public space is not a crime.
Abayomi Shogunle, head of the public complaint rapid response unit (PCRRU), said this in a tweet on Tuesday.
A Twitter user with the handle Stanley_Moses13 had asked Shogunle: “Oga @YomiShogunle please is it a crime to have sex in your car?.”
The head of the PCRRU said as long the sex is consensual and not done in a place of worship, it is not a crime.
