‘He won’t be doing this in a normal country’ — reactions to EFCC hailing ‘corporate hawker’

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in order to encourage young Nigerians who do legitimate business praised Michael Iloduba, a ”corporate” water hawker, on Twitter.

Iloduba, whose business is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), caught the attention of the agency by his dedication to his source of living.

The agency described Iloduba as the ”guy who dresses in corporate wears to sell bottle water not deterred by the limitations around him”.

But some Nigerians on Twitter are not having any of that.
