Mohammed Isa, the presidential aide on special needs and equal opportunities, says President Bola Tinubu has shown “unwavering commitment to inclusivity and accessibility” during his first year in office.
In a statement on Wednesday, Isa said there have been notable strides under the administration of Tinubu to promote equal opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs).
“In just one year, Mr. President has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, and we have witnessed significant democratic dividends through his leadership,” the statement reads.
“Through my office, we have seen notable strides in promoting equal opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and marginalised communities.

“We celebrate Mr. President’s tireless efforts in championing the cause of PWDs, and we are grateful for the numerous initiatives and policies implemented under his administration.
“His dedication to creating a more inclusive and accessible Nigeria is a testament to his visionary leadership.
“As we mark this anniversary, we acknowledge the remarkable progress made and look forward to continued progress in the years to come.”
