Users of Facebook and Instagram across the world on Wednesday experienced difficulties using the social media platforms owing to technical glitch.
In Nigeria, the problem started around 5pm, with error message coming up each time users attempted using Facebook, especially.
“Oops… Something went wrong. We’re working on getting it fixed as soon as we can,” read a note which appeared on the platform.
Facebook took to Twitter to explain the difficulty, saying it was on top of the situation.
