How students live, learn in terrible conditions in Nigeria’s tertiary institutions

From polytechnics to colleges of education to universities, poor infrastructure in Nigeria’s public higher institutions has remained a source of concern over the years.

To determine the present state of things, TheCable visited several institutions across the country, where students were found living in unlivable hostels, making use of dilapidating and unhygienic facilities and learning in unconducive and abnormal conditions.
