YouNow is created for the everyday individual who seeks to gain a deeper understanding of Self in order to achieve their highest potential, while staying true to their essence. These write-ups are designed to help you become more conscious and deliberate in your interactions and day-to-day living
Everyone makes mistakes.
Sometimes these mistakes can be as simple as forgetting to return a friend’s call or if you’re a man, as life threatening as forgetting it’s your wedding anniversary.
However we describe it, we all slip up on things that are considered to be important.

Since this is seen as common to all, it is particularly interesting to note that we have since found ways to justify and almost validate these supposed mistakes.
How?
Statements like ‘I am only human after all’ ,“No one is above mistakes’ or ‘I’ve said I’m sorry’ are ready antidotes on the lips of many when these slips occur.

Unfortunately, such words only testify of a thought process, which in itself suggests and permits repetitions of such events in the future.
Mistakes are nature’s way of telling us to pay attention to our thought processes and priorities.
Everyone commits blunders but what matters most is understanding our error patterns, devising ways to deal with them and intentionally committing to own our transformation process.
We talk of growth and personal development, success and personal transformation yet many of us are not necessarily willing to be co creators in the script of our own lives and commit to the process of intentional living.

In becoming conscious of our motives for acting; the ‘why?’ and ‘why nots’ of our actions, we are able to see through these mistakes and curb them.
Consciousness brings clarity and helps you to be true to self. Much more than that, it answers the questions you and (by default) others may have about your actions.
When we become aware of the motivations of our actions (what makes me behave like this), we find the freedom to choose how to think and act.
MAY…you be Super human.
