The Nigerian chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) will hold its 5th annual award dinner at City Hall, Lagos, on October, 30.
Richard Okesola, president of IFMA Nigeria, said the award process had been “quite rigorous” and the winners will be deserving of their honour.
“We involved the public in the process of nominating deserving practitioners. We sent out nomination papers to the public and gave enough time to for feedback. We used on various media platforms to sensitise the public and also involved our members who are on the field across the country in the process,” he said.
Okesola added that state governments that had paid attention to facility management will also be honoured at the event.
