Some of Nigeria’s export in the English Premier League will file out this weekend for their various clubs on match day 14 of the league. TheCable examines the players.
ODION IGHALO (Watford)
The striker has been in blistering form for his club this term, scoring seven goals and providing two assists in 13 appearances so far. Although he failed to lift his team last weekend as they lost two goals to one against Manchester United, he remains a key member of the team and has featured in every game so far this season. Watford is playing away to Aston Villa.
Kelechi Iheanacho (Man City)

The youngster was in action during his team’s 4-1 defeat to Liverpool last weekend, and he is willing to help his club bounce back as they host Southampton on Saturday.
Iheanacho has played nine games so far this season, scoring one goal but will attempt to get on the score sheet if he is featured. Manchester City currently sits third on the EPL table with 26 points.
OSAZE ODEMWINGE (Stoke City)

Plagued by injuries, the striker has only managed two appearances for Stoke City in the competition this season in a possible 13 after recovering from a nine month layoff from last season.
His team plays away to struggling Sunderland this afternoon and he hopes to get on the list for the game.
JOHN MIKEL OBI (Chelsea FC)
The Chelsea and Super Eagles’ midfielder has endured a difficult campaign with the West London club this season, failing to secure a first team shirt with dip in form and injuries.

He has managed five appearances this season for the team, starting in just two occasions. The Nigerian will fancy a chance to feature on Sunday’s London derby with Tottenham Hotspur.
