Kelechi Iheanacho, Super Eagles forward, says the most important decision behind his move to Sevilla FC is to “win trophies, achieve aims and have great success”.
Iheanacho spoke at his unveiling by the Spanish club on Tuesday.
In July, the 27-year-old joined Sevilla as a free agent after being released by Leicester City following the expiration of his contract in June.
He penned a two-year deal with the Andalusian club.

Speaking at his unveiling, Iheanacho said while scoring goals will be good, his biggest aim is to win loads of trophies with his new club.
“As a player, obviously scoring goals would be great, but the most important thing is to play and win as a team. The most important thing is to win trophies, achieve aims and have great success,” he said.
The striker added that he is ready to “give everything” for Sevilla FC and the new challenge of the Spanish La Liga.

“Like I said before, I am very happy. I am going to play like I did in England. It is a new challenge. I am ready to play in the Spanish league and I am going to give everything for Sevilla,” Iheanacho said.
“It feels good to be here. I have followed Sevilla and seen the games. I don’t feel pressure. Now I am here, and what I want is to focus on the games and on the team, continue improving every day, and make history on the pitch.”
Iheanacho became the second Nigerian to play for the club in its 134-year history.
He will join Chidera Ejuke, who signed up for the club in June.
