Bobbi Kristina, the only daughter of the celebrity marriage between celebrated songster Whitney Houston and American rapper Bobby Brown, is still alive and doing better.
It was earlier reported that she was to be taken off life support on February 11, to see her share the same death day with her late mother who died on February 11, 2012.
Kristina has been in medically-induced coma since early February when she was rushed to the hospital after being found unconscious in her home.
The family was said to have reached the decision to take her off life support when it appeared that there was nothing else to be done to save her.

“This is the only thing they can agree on — that she’s gone [brain-dead], and there’s nothing more than can be done for her,” a source told New York post.
About 48 hours after the set date, Bobbi Kristina is still alive, with many signs showing that she will recover.
“She is still on life support, but she’s opening her eyes,” Leolah, her Aunt, said.

In an interview with 11Alive, Jerod Brown, Kristina’s cousin, denied that the family ever contemplated pulling her (Kristina) off life support.
“We wouldn’t do that to Krissy. I wouldn’t want someone to do that to me if I was in that situation, the act of being well again would be a miracle,” he said.
“Right now, we have the chance to save Bobbi Kristina and the best way we can save her right now is through prayer.
“Auntie Whitney (Houston) is greatly missed. She would want the Houstons and the Browns to be family to support each other through this, to support Krissy. Not to make it an even more negative situation.”
