‘It’s a slap on our country’ — reactions over Buhari’s failure to submit credentials to INEC

Nigerians on social media have been reacting to the failure of President Muhammadu Buhari to submit his academic credentials to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ahead of the 2019 elections.

This is the second time the president would not submit his credentials to the electoral body. In 2014, he said his  academic certificates were with the military board. He repeated this claim in 2018.

Lere Olayinka, spokesman of Ayodele Fayose, former governor of Ekiti state, has written an open letter  to the military to release the credentials of president to INEC.

Meanwhile, here are the things being said bout it on different social media platform.
