‘I should start by the beginning of next month or before the middle of the beginning of next month (sha) I will go and visit him.
We often times indulge in the practice of doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones; carrying out less urgent tasks instead of more urgent ones, putting off imminent responsibilities to a later time.
It is natural to want to avoid what may cause any anxiety or stress so the term ‘I work best under pressure ‘ or ‘I don’t feel like it’ provides a ready incentive to postpone what can be done today till tomorrow.

Before you turn up your nose and tell yourself this does not apply to you, it happens in any and everything—putting off cleaning that room, sewing back the button that came off your shirt the other day, seeing a doctor or dentist, submitting a report or academic assignment or even discussing a stressful issue with someone you care about.

Somewhere in that space however, panic, guilt, self-doubt, inadequacy or even depression breed.
‘I should have just said it.’ ‘I should have just done it’.
The self indeed sabotages its own intentions.
‘YOU’ must therefore ‘choose’ to act.

How?
Don’t overthink it. Release your anxieties and fears.

How important is this to you? Let go of your inhibitions and focus on yourself. How does this ultimately affect you tomorrow?
Just do it.
