Iwobi, Iheanacho arrive for Algeria cracker

English premier league duo of Alex Iwobi and Kelechi Iheanacho have arrived the Abuja Bolton White Hotel and Apartments camp of the Super Eagles ahead of Saturday’s match with Algeria.

Daniel Akpeyi, Chippa United of South Africa shot stopper, who is a last minute replacement for the injured Carl Ikeme, and Ikechukwu Ezenwa of Ifeanyi Ubah FC, are also in camp.

Gernot Rohr, coach of the team, and his technical assistants as well as the back room staffs have also arrived to welcome the players.

The Algerian squad is expected to land in the federal capital territory later in the day.

After defeating Zambia 2-1, Super Eagles will try to enhance their qualification for FIFA 2018 World Cup by emerging victorious in Saturday’s game slated for Uyo in Akwa Ibom state.
