Nigerian forward Alex Iwobi was unused on Sunday as José Mourinho’s unbeaten record against Arsene Wenger came to an end.
Arsenal defeated Manchester United 2-0 at the Emirates to hand Wenger his first Premier League victory over the Portuguese tactician in 13 years.
Although the first forty-five minutes of the game was an end to end affair, neither side could find the back of the net.
The seemingly elusive goals came in the second half.

In the 54th minute, Granit Xhaka’s shot from 30 yards out hit the back of Ander Herrera, looped up, flew over David De Gea and dipped under the crossbar for Arsenal’s opener.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain charged down the right and whipped in a cross which Danny Welbeck headed past David De Gea from six yards out in the 57th minute to double Arsenal’s lead.
Welbeck has scored in each of his last three Arsenal appearances against United.
