Gernot Rohr, technical adviser of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, has released the list of players to prosecute his first competitive match, and the headline is the invitation of Victor Osimhen, former Under-17 striker.
Also invited for the match — a dead-rubber Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Tanzania in September — are Dream Team VI goalkeeper, Emmanuel Danjuma, and Nosa Igiebor, who hasn’t played for Nigeria since narrowly missing out on the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup final list.
