Idris Wada, former governor of Kogi state, says he would get justice in the end.
Reacting to the tribunal ruling, which ended in the favour of Yahaya Bello, his successor, Wada said he would not get discouraged.
He told journalists shortly after the tribunal, that People Democratic Party (PDP)’s, his party, team of lawyers were consulting in order to appeal the judgment.
Wada, who is said to have gone for lesser hajj, spoke through Yomi Awoniyi, his deputy and running mate in the election.

“Our lawyers are already reviewing the judgment with a sound mind to appeal, we absolutely believe in the efficacy of our justice system,” he said.
“I appeal to our supporters to remain calm and not to aggravate their grievances, we have absolute confidence that justice will be done at the end of the day.”
He said the decision to appeal the judgment was to deepen the country’s electoral laws.
