The Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission has begun investigating an alleged drug purchase scam involving all 44 LGAs in the state.
Muhuyi Rimin-Gado, chairman of the commission, told NAN that the contract runs into billions of naira.
Rimin-Gado said the commission is also investigating claims of palliative diversion by Shehu Sagagi, chief of staff to Abba Yusuf, Kano’s governor.
