Out-of-contract Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, has revealed that there are currently no discussions over his future following the leadership tussle that has rocked Nigeria football after the ouster from the World Cup in Brazil.
As his future remains uncertain after contract negotiations with the Nigeria Football Federation stalled, Keshi continues to handle the team on an interim capacity.
“There are no contract talks yet, because there is no president (of the NFF); there is none at the moment and discussions are supposed to be between him and me, and we take it from there,” he told reporters in Abuja Wednesday.
“Whatever I’m doing now is just for us to move ahead and ease things for the next game.”

Nigeria will host Sudan in Abuja on October 11 and it is business as usual for the Big Boss, who hopes to revive the team’s chances of qualifying for AFCON 2015 in Morocco.
The first assignment, though, is to come up with a list of players to entrust with the onerous task. This the gaffer is in no hurry to do.
“It’s still too early to come out with a list, but I am working on it, it should be out by next week,” he said.

He’s equally not sold to the idea of overhauling the team.
“Changes?
“I am not sure, but we will see how it goes. I think what is most important now is to get our qualifier back on track and we are working towards that.”
