Knockout, a new comedy by Wale Adenuga Productions (WAP), has continued to enjoy massive promotional campaign.
This was disclosed by Wale Adenuga (junior), producer of Knockout.
According to Adenuga, the promotional campaign following the announcement of the comedy which commenced on March 1 has received “tremendously-positive results as the movie trailers have been viewed over 1.2 Million times” across several online platforms.
Adenuga listed the platforms to include Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, in addition to being broadcast several times daily on prominent television channels and radio stations nationwide.

The big-budget movie’s cast is made up of different generations of comedy superstars including Sola Sobowale , Charles Okocha, Toyin Abraham, Chinwetalu Agu, Odunlade Adekola, Patience Ozokwor, Broda Shaggi, Ali Nuhu, Eniola Badmus, Papa Ajasco, Mama Ajasco, Francis Odega, Afeez Oyetoro (Saka), Desmond Elliot, among others.
“We really appreciate the large number of views and positive comments we’ve received from the Knockout trailer,”Adenuga said.
“Media partners such as Waptv, Hiptv, AMC, Stv, Rhythmfm, Smoothfm, Ravetv, R2tv, R2fm, Kennisfm, Jybtv, Goldmyne, Yawnaijatv, Lailasblog and Herald have also helped in broadcasting the comedy.

“It’s a good indicator that audiences across Nigeria and Ghana understand what the movie set out to achieve as the biggest and funniest movie ever!

The movie is billed to start showing at the cinemas by Easter.
