A container-laden truck has collided with a commercial bus at the Oshodi area of Lagos state.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) confirmed the incident in a tweet on Wednesday.
LASTMA posted a video showing the collapsed container beside a damaged commercial bus.
The agency said emergency responders have commenced evacuation activities.

TheCable is yet to ascertain if there are casualties from the accident.
This is the third accident involving container-laden trucks in Lagos state within the past four days.
On Sunday, nine persons lost their lives when a container-laden truck fell on a commercial bus on the Ojuelegba bridge.

On Monday, a 40-feet container-laden truck fell on the road along the Dopemu area of the state.
Reacting to the Ojuelegba accident, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, said the state government is working with the federal ministry of works and housing to install vehicle/truck barriers on the inward and outward sections of the bridge.
The governor also said the truck owner and driver would be prosecuted by the state.
