Lobi Stars have been drawn alongside South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns in Group A of the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) Champions League.
Lobi Stars also have Morocco’s Wydad Casablanca and Asec Mimosas of Cote D’Ivoire to contend with in the group.

The group stage will have each team playing six matches from January 11 to March 17, 2019.
The top two sides in each group will qualify for the quarter-final.

Meanwhile, Rangers International were drawn against Bantu FC of Lesotho in the play-off stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The draw ceremony took place at the Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, Egypt, on Friday.

Group A: Lobi Stars, Wydad Casablanca, Asec Mimosa, Mamelodi Sundowns,
Group B: Platinum FC, Horoya AC, Esperance, Orlando Pirates.
