Manchester City have won the UEFA Champions League (UCL) following a 1-0 triumph over Inter Milan in Istanbul on Saturday night.
Rodri’s second half goal earned Man City the much-coveted trophy; the highest honour in European club football.
City had the first chance of the night as Bernardo Silva flashed a curler inches wide of the far post, while Andre Onana also saved from Erling Haaland and Kevin de Bruyne as City ramped up the pressure midway into the half.
De Bruyne went off injured and City were unable to move into the next gear against a tight Inter backline and both sides went into the interval goalless.

Loss of concentration gifted Inter a glorious chance before the hour mark but Lautaro Martinez went for glory and saw his shot saved by Ederson.
Man City took their chance when a cross deflected into the path of Rodri who placed his shot into the bottom corner to give his team the lead on 68 minutes.
Federico Dimarco thought he had dragged Inter back into the game but his looping header hit the bar while Lukaku blocked his rebound.

Lukaku had a shot saved moments later as the Italians surged back to life. He also saw a header saved on the line late on as Man City held on to claim a hard-fought victory.
The win gives City the elusive crown missing in their trophy cabinet since the Abu Dhabi takeover in 2008.
The UCL title is a third for Pep Guardiola, his first since winning with Barcelona in 2011.
Man City have now completed a treble of trophies this season following their EPL and FA Cup wins, equalling Man United’s 1999 feat.
