Market capitalisation at the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday added N151 billion to close at N13.930 trillion, compared with the opening capitalisation of N13.779 trillion, ending the week on a positive note.
The All-Share Index also added 458.03 points or 1.10 per cent to close at 42,187.62 points, as against the 41,729.59 points recorded on Thursday.
Nestle led the gainers’ table, adding N48.90, to close at N1,098.90 per share.
Guinness followed with a gain of N10.79 to close at N200.00, while Dangote Cement grew by N5.00 to close at N240.00 per share.

Unilever also improved by N2.40 to close at N52.40, while Nigerian Breweries appreciated by N1.98 to close at N172.00 per share.
On the other hand, Forte Oil recorded the highest price loss, shedding N19.34 to close at N206.30 per share.
ConOil trailed with a loss of N2.40 to close at N65.40, while Champion dipped by N0.53 to close at N10.017 per share.

CCNN also lost N0.46 to close at N11.14, while Total depreciated by N0.45 to close at N171.05 per share.
In all, investors staked N4.990 billion on 361.2 million shares in 4,789 deals, against Thursday’s trading where investors bought 411.480 million shares worth N3.42 billion traded in 6,040 deals.
First Bank Holdings was the most active stock, accounting for 136.30 million shares worth N2.126 billion.
Wapic came second with 28 million shares valued at N21.80 million, while Oando sold 21.155 million shares worth N571.8 million.

Transcorp accounted for 20.23 million shares valued at N95.5, while Access Bank traded 17.336 million shares worth at N166.39 million.
