Mavin records to host first ever concert for N499

Mavin records, one of Nigeria’s leading music labels is set to host its first ever concert after three years on the scene.

The concert billed for December 23, 2015 at Eko Hotels and Suites, also comes as a shocker to many Nigerians because tickets are being sold for just N499.

Speaking at a press conference in Lagos, the crew revealed that it was partnering Access Bank in delivering the cheapest concert of such magnitude.

“We have achieved so many records and the only reason we have done all this in such a short space of time is because of our amazing fan base,” the Mavins said, adding that the tickets are super affordable and can be purchased on PayWithCapture.

The crew, made up of Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Korede Bello, D’Prince and D’ija promised to seize the appreciation concert to tell Nigerians how much they mean to them.

Victor Etuokwu, an executive director at Access bank, said the concert is a way of celebrating young Nigerians who are “making a difference and challenging the status quo”.

He added that his team was bringing up the new pay with capture feature to help ease payment for goods and services for Nigerians across all platforms.

Mavin crew is known for its ultra-hit songs like Dorobucci, Adaobi and more recently, Jantamanta.
