Dino Melaye, a senator from Kogi west, says he will file a cyberstalking charge against Omoyele Sowore, publisher of Saharareporters, at a New York court on Friday.
Melaye tweeted this on Tuesday.

Saharareporters had run a series of stories alleging that Melaye did not graduate from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.
But Ibrahim Garba, vice-chancellor of the university, told the senate committee on ethics and privileges which is investigating the allegation on Monday that the lawmaker did graduate from the institution.

Melaye had also filed charges of cyberstalking against Sowore and his organisation at a federal capital territory high court (FCT), Abuja.
He had also petitioned the Department of State Services (DSS) against Sowore on the same matter.
The cyberstalking attracts a fine of N7m or imprisonment for a term not more than three years.
