Godswill Ekpolo [Haecken]

The Barcelona product made crucial tackles and frustrated the Dalkurd attackers with ease. He also supported the attack whenever he was needed in the 5-0 rout.

Semi is Mr Reliable. He put up a no-nonsense display. He led the line perfectly at Preston North End.

Brian Idowu [Lokomotiv Moscow]

It was a watertight performance from the Super Eagles defender against FC Yenisey Krasnoyarsk.

Wilfred Ndidi [Leicester City]

The former Genk star stood very well for his defenders with his rugged marking and vision in the game against West Ham United. His late equaliser was stunning.

John Obi Mikel [Tianjin Teda]

Obi organised the attack and scored in the loss to Shanghai Shenhua. He appears fit enough for the Super Eagles’ game against South Africa.

Forever looking to cause maximum damage with a few moves, Iwobi was always willing to shoot in the pulsating 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace.

Isaac Success [Watford]

It has been a remarkable season for Isaac Success. He found the back of the net for Watford in a 3-0 whitewash of Huddersfield Town.
