Kingsley Moghalu, a former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), says President Bola Tinubu must rejig his cabinet after one year in office.
Moghalu spoke in Abuja on Tuesday while delivering a keynote address at the ongoing annual Leadership conference and awards 2023.
He said the success of Tinubu’s economic targets hinges on a revamping of the cabinet once his administration clocks one year.
“President Bola Tinubu needs to revamp his cabinet… Removing the subsidy is just one aspect of the reform. There are other things to do,” Moghalu said.

He added that the president must also work to ensure the security of the country and improve the power supply for production activities.
Moghalu said the government must guarantee access to credit for the manufacturing sector and small and scale enterprises.
He emphasised the need to promote transparency and accountability in the oil exploration segment of the petroleum sector.
