Gernot Rohr, Super Eagles coach, opted for continuity in his squad selection for Nigeria’s match against Algeria in the world cup qualifiers.
Rohr retained the bulk of the squad that defeated Zambia 2-1 in Ndola earlier this month to put Nigeria in control of Group B.
Leon Balogun returns to the side after recovering from injury while English Premier League stars, Alex Iwobi, Mikel Obi, Ahmed Musa, Victor Moses and Odion Ighalo, are among those invited.
Oghenekaro Etebo, Nigeria’s top scorer at the Brazil Olympic games, and John Ogu are also in the 24-man squad.
