Award-winning filmmaker, cinematographer, director and producer, Tunde Kelani has released the official trailer for his latest work, Dazzling Mirage.
Just like some of his most successful films, Dazzling Mirage is an adaptation of a novel by Olayinka Egbokhare. It tells the story of how a sufferer of sickle cell overcomes social stigma, prejudice and her own low self-esteem to achieve success, marriage and motherhood.
With anticipation at its peak, the official trailer of Dazzling Mirage was released on World Sickle Cell Day — June 19, 2014 — starring Kemi Lala Akindoju as lead character, Funmiwo.
The movie also stars Taiwo Ajayi Lycett, Yomi Fash, Carol King, Bimbo Manuel among others, and was produced by Tunde Kelani.
