Musa Amadu, general secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), has quit his position after over four years on the job.
According to the NFF official website, the executive committee has accepted Amadu’s resignation, which was contained in a letter dated March 18, 2015.
Amadu, 53, was appointed NFF general secretary in July 2010. His departure, four months to his fifth anniversary on the job, is not unconnected with the row he had with NFF president Amaju Pinnick, on Wednesday.
The NFF also announced Mohammed Sanusi as the new general secretary.
