Two explosions have hit the Gikomba market area of the Kenyan capital Nairobi.
Ten persons have been confirmed dead by officials while arrests have been made.
The blasts are suspected to be terrorist attacks, believed to have been carried out by al-Shabab, a Somali militant group that has carried out a series of bombings in Kenya.
Al-Shabab, like to al-Qaeda, claims to be retaliating for Kenya’s military involvement in Somalia since 2011.

In September last year, they killed 67 people in an attack on a shopping mall, also in Nairobi.
