The team of the week is selected in a 4-3-3 formation, with William Troost-Ekong and Efe Ambrose at the heart of defence.

Simy [Crotone]

Seven goals so far in the Serie A this season and still counting. Simy was a huge threat to Fiorentina throughout the match. His effort was rewarded with a goal.

Umar Sadiq [Almeria]
